About This Initiative
Will They Remember You? is an independent research initiative exploring what qualities make leaders truly memorable. It is not affiliated with any employer, staffing agency, or commercial organisation. Participation does not create any employment, contractual, or advisory relationship.
Participation Is Voluntary
Participation in this research is entirely voluntary. You may stop at any time without consequence. There is no obligation to complete the survey, share a story, or provide your name or email address. Providing the three required leadership characteristics is the only condition for submitting a response.
Age Requirement
This research initiative is intended for adults aged 18 and older. By submitting a response, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18, please do not participate.
Accuracy of Submissions
By submitting a response, you confirm that the information you provide is your genuine perspective. You agree not to submit false, misleading, or deliberately disruptive content. We reserve the right to exclude submissions that appear to be spam, automated, or submitted in bad faith.
Story Submissions and Publication Consent
If you choose to share a story about your memorable leader, you will be asked separately whether you consent to its publication on The Stories page. By granting that consent, you grant Will They Remember You? a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display your story on this website in connection with the research initiative. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us; we will remove your story from public display promptly.
Use of Aggregated Research Data
Your submission contributes to aggregated, anonymised research results. These results may be published, shared, or discussed in any format, including online, in reports, presentations, research briefings, educational programs, and organizational consulting engagements. Individual submissions and personal information are not sold or shared for commercial marketing purposes. Aggregated results do not identify individual participants.

The content, design, and structure of this website are the property of Will They Remember You? and may not be reproduced without permission. Research findings derived from aggregated participant data may be shared freely with attribution.
